If you don’t already know me, I’m a contributing columnist for The Long Run, published by Pikes Peak Road Runners and available at Colorado Springs running stores, and a sportswriter for The Good Men Project. For the year 2014, I received the RRCA Excellence in Running Journalism Award, whose list of former recipients includes bestselling authors George Sheehan and Jim Fixx. As for street credibility, I’m a masters runner with 15 years of experience, a 5k to 25k age-group competitor, and a volunteer assistant coach for a state-champion high school cross country team. I live and train with my border collie, Dakota, in Monument, Colorado.
Best,
Christopher…and Dakota, too.
